• Imperial pensions 1872-1915 - These registers recorded personal accounts for pensions paid through the Treasury Department to persons previously employed by the Imperial Government. Details recorded include the date, name of pensioner, occasionally the service (regiment) name, cheque number, amount of pension or cheque, and stoppage (date). From 1901 there is a signed audit at the end of each month.
• Imperial pensions 1898-1912 - This series consists of registers of personal accounts for pensions paid through the Treasury to persons who were previously employed by the Imperial Government, living in such places as Rockhampton, Mackay, Charters Towers, Roma and Townsville. Information provided include: name of account holder; regiment (mostly Chelsea, East India Co., Greenwich, R.I. Fusiliers, Army Reserve, Returned, Royal Irish Constabulary, Navy Civil Pension, etc.); quarter; papers details; cheque sent; amount; address; remarks (sometimes including date of death), etc.

• Seamen 1882-1919
• Teachers 1860-1904
