Arolsen Archives – Germany

The Arolsen Archives International Center on Nazi Persecution, formerly the International Tracing Service, holds the world’s most comprehensive archive on the victims and survivors of National Socialism. The collection has information on 17.5 million people and belongs to UNESCO’s Memory of the World. It holds documents on the various victim groups targeted by the Nazi regime. The archive can be searched online by topics or names and then filtered. There are searching guides available including a video.
