A keyword searchable bibliography of London history created by the Centre for Metropolitan History in association with the Royal Historical Society.The Charles Booth Online Archive Charles Booth's inquiry into the life and labour of London people (1886-1903) documented the poverty and human suffering. He interviewed people from all walks of life and created detailed poverty maps (1892-1897) of the city which can be browsed online and compared with London maps (2000). Surname searches of those interviewed are available and it is possible to check a street address to see the poverty or wealth level assigned to that street.
